Refund policy
If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return.
CONDITIONS
You can see the conditions and the different options available for you to return your items:
You must manage the return before the established deadline of 7 days from the delivery date of your order. You can always request for the re-shipment of your order without paying extra.
We do not offer refund for any order. For the returned Items, you receive the total refundable amount as a store credit which you can further use to place a new order.
PARTIAL COD ORDER CONDITIONS
In any case a partial COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery and is RTO returned, the prepaid amount collected to opt for partial COD will be non-refundable.
You can always request for the reshipping of your order, there will be no extra charges for that.
CANCELLATION
Unfortunately, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If you have accidentally selected a wrong address or a wrong size, email us at contact@midhours.com within 2 hours of placing order and we will try our best to update it.
HOW TO REQUEST RETURN
We offer the service of returning your items using our Doorstep collection.
The cost of the return shipment is ₹100, which gets deducted from your store credit refund. Please note that this fee is not charged by us but the shipping company to return your order back to us.

RETURN PROCESS
Once you have made the return request, we will review your request and if it gets approved, a carrier will pick up your package at the address of your choice within 24-48 hours.
You don't need to print any return label, the courier will bring it with them.
Once the items are received back to the facility and inspected, you will receive your store credit as a gift card on your email.
